Returns

Returns are available within 14 days of product purchase. Product must be in an unused condition with original packaging and wrapping. The amount will be credited back to your original purchase method. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. A $10 flat shipping and restocking fee will be applied to returns. To initiate the process, visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form. Returns are processed within 5 days of product receipt. Returns are not available for international customers. MUSO reserves the right to request images or videos of the product prior to shipping. Mistakes by MUSO which may include shipping the wrong item, color, or SKU are 100% covered by MUSO.

Warranty Claim

MUSO provides warranty claims for all its products for 12 months after purchase. Warranty claims will be honored if the product received by the customer was defected. It is recommended that customers contact MUSO as soon as possible if a faulty product is received to expedite the process. Warranty claims are not valid for normal wear and tear. Leather used in our products is vegetable tanned, and such will naturally develop a patina with time. Variations within the leather including but not limited to striations, wrinkles, veins, insect bites, and scars are considered to be naturally occurring, and oftentimes are not subject to warranty claims.
